We are a family business.

It started with Micheal. He helped his father as a boy building sheds to sell, then he moved on to autobody and lawncare in his 20s/30s, followed up with years at the Marriot downtown in maintenance. During this time, he was doing jobs on the side, everything from tile work in meridian hills to basic repairs in plasters homes of speedway. Enter Seth, he began coming along to hand tools and learn the trade as a 12-year-old young man. He was quick and eager to learn. Fast forward a bit and Micheal decides to leave the hotel and work full time for himself. This continues and Seth works weekends and summers while in school. Then Remarkable Remodeling is born in 2011. Then in 2021 Seth has begun to share in the duties of owner so Remarkable Remodels is born where father and son are co-owner operators to current day. We have now expanded this sister company to focus on those small repairs and projects that folks do not think of when they think remodels. We strive to provide honest and quality craftsmanship at fair prices and gain more lifelong clients as we have done with our Remarkable Remodels family.

I can’t say enough about Mike and Seth. I have used them on at least 3 or 4 projects in our home over the past 2 years. The first time I had an exterior door and frame installed, they did an incredible job with no issues. They moved cabinets so our new fridge would fit the space. They came the day after we called and to my surprise moved the cabinets to make it work. They fixed misalignment on our french doors due to settling. Each time they come their work is impeccable and the attention to detail is spot on. Prices are reasonable. Im so glad to have them to help with repairs around the house.

Our extensive kitchen remodel required knowledge of demolition and an expertise in a variety of trades. They (Seth and Mike) were also equipped with the ability to haul off waste products without having to put a container on the property which would have been difficult given our community parking situation. Whether it was plumbing, electrical (complex or undercabinet style lighting with solder connections), heating, rough and trim carpentry with complex cuts, drywall, painting, you name it they could handle it. We did not have to have to try to schedule a bunch of different subcontractors, which made everything run smoothly. If we had a question, they had an answer
